10 Pounds Left!

I officially have only 10 pounds left to lose to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. After gaining 60 lbs I am freaking stoked that I only have 10 left. I was working out pretty often but since returning to work it has slowed drastically. I never have any time. I will do some sit ups before I go to bed sometimes. I think what helped me the most is working out a lot in the first few months and continuing to breastfeed. Oh and also not eating everything I see like I did when I was pregnant has been helping too. Here goes my bold statement: My goal is to be my pre-pregnancy weight by New Years Eve. Fingers crossed!

LESSONS LEARNED: 1) Breastfeeding makes you loose weight and 2) Don’t eat everything just because you are pregnant.
